I love working with Buyers and Sellers!! My Son, Mike, and my Daughter, Kim, are part of my real estate team. I've been selling homes in Hampton Roads since 1980. Both Mike and Kim have worked with me since 1998. It is so great knowing all my clients will get unbeatable service, as they have all three of us to watch over all the details! It is such a delight watching first time home buyers when they've found the perfect starter home, and we can show them how to make it work! It's equally as exciting assisting a "seasoned buyer" put together a building package, to create the home of their dreams.

Marketing a home for sale is equally as satisfying. It's so important that we price the listings properly, so we must do a comprehensive market analysis. We hire the best people to do a virtual tour that consists of 5 virtuals and up to 18 stills, plus I prepare audio to be played during a prospect's visit to the tour. We also advertise in the leading real estate magazine in Hampton Roads and make certain each home is on all the most viewed websites. We do open houses, as required.

We work with many military families who are transferring in and out of Tidewater. Being married to a navy pilot helped me understand how important a pleasant transition is to a family that is moving cross country. It's so challenging for the children, and so important that they find schools that work for their needs. We provide all of our buyers with as much information as possible, so they make a wise move, one that fits the entire families needs.

We also manage properties in Virginia Beach and Chesapeake. It's so important to select a property manager than keeps close tabs on your rental, making sure the tenants pay their rent in a timely fashion and that they are taking reasonable care of the property.
